On Thursday, November 17, International Premature Baby Day is celebrated. As part of this, both the Anne and Lille youth centers are joining the call to change their exterior lighting to lilac for one evening.
Every tenth child is born into this world before the expected time, i.e., before the 37th week of pregnancy. On November 17th, the evening of the premature birth day, the world turns lilac in honor of prematurely born children, their families, and all supporters. Lilac is the characteristic color of premature birth, signifying the beginning of life and symbolizing optimism.
The lighting solution for the youth centre buildings is provided by Sound Group OÜ, who also helped with lighting last year and whose representative, Ülari Toots, conceived the idea last year.
