Dear young person,
Do you feel that school days are tiring and stressful? Or do you miss organized creative activities? Or perhaps you've been looking for a place to go after school where you can feel safe and be yourself?
If you answered yes to at least one question, then the following offer is for you!
Grete Kull and Tartu Youth Work Centre are joining forces, and starting from March 28th, we are launching a mental health club aimed at young people, where we offer the opportunity to relieve stress through creative activities. We will learn to know ourselves and our needs, play, hike, invite guests, craft and paint, and do everything the heart and body desire! We give young people the opportunity to be in a stress-free and safe environment for them.
The club is led by Grete, an active young person from Tartu and the host of the podcast ''Noorteaken'', whose passion is the mental health of children and young people.
The club takes place on Mondays on the 1st floor of Lille Youth Centre and is free for all participants! We welcome young people aged 13-26 to join the club, but younger and older enthusiasts are always welcome to join as well.
The first meeting is already on March 28th, at 5:30 PM at Lille 9 (1st floor).
