Sun, adventure, new acquaintances, and experiences – how do you like that combination? And what if you get paid for it too?! The Tartu Youth Work Camp is looking for group leaders who want to enrich their summer free time with an awesome experience.
The aim of Tartu Youth Work Camp is to give young people aged 13-19 their first work experience in a safe and supportive environment. The camp groups are always accompanied by a group leader who acts as a mentor to the young people for the duration of the camp. In addition, the group leader's duties include preparing the work camp group, planning joint activities, participating in work camp events, and acting as a contact person.
What should a good group leader be like? A group leader must be an adult and have a secondary education. In character, a group leader is assertive, supportive, cheerful, and capable of making decisions, taking initiative, and assuming responsibility.
