Have you recently felt overwhelmed by schoolwork and unable to make it to training, even though you really want to? Are you often sick, do your emotions constantly fluctuate, and are your relationships with loved ones strained? Yes, that's a pretty familiar feeling, right... but believe that it's possible to cope with all of this if you change your attitude!
We visited Kivilinna School, and Lisete Laur, the president of the school's student council, says the following about the workshop: 'The educational workshop 'The Most Wrong Me' was a very interesting and eye-opening experience. Your team managed to create a good atmosphere and a relaxed, pleasant environment. The workshop was informative and made us all look within ourselves and think about how we could better cope in conflict situations.'
The team at Lille Youth Centre has developed a training program called "The Most Correct Me" within the framework of an educational workshop, which focuses on young people's everyday problems and the anxious situations that accompany them. The aim is to discuss with young people various situations that cause them anxiety, using the forum theatre method, where young people can offer their own solutions to help alleviate anxiety in conflict situations.
The workshop is intended for young people aged 11-19, and the group size should be 15-25 young people. If desired, we also come to schools, youth centres, or institutions within Tartu County where young people are active.
