5 cool opportunities to do at the youth center during the October autumn break…

The autumn school holiday is just around the corner! During the holiday week, taking place from October 21st to 27th, our centres are packed with various awesome opportunities just for you!

PS! There is a link below the article where you can find more information. All activities and events are free of charge!

1. Participate in the e-sports day on Monday at Anne and Lille youth centers!

In short: one awesome day of playing Xbox

The games include Jackbox (various awesome and funny games to play together with your phone!), Multiversus and Just Dance (an opportunity to move around playfully; it's especially fun to dance with friends, new young people, or even youth workers).

Just come and have a great time! 😉

    2. Come join the youth center for a water fight on Tuesday!

      Yes, you read that correctly!

Lahingurada (Battle Trail) is located on Võru Street, where a water gun fight will take place between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM among young people registered for the event. The battle will take place indoors! It is definitely important to bring a change of clothes!

      1-2-3… GO!

      3. Participate in the autumn lantern workshop on Wednesday!

At Lilleke youth center, from 3 PM to 6 PM, you can make fun paper lanterns for yourself under the guidance of a youth worker. Crafting materials and youth workers are ready, just come!

      4. Spend a fun city camp day in Ilmatsalu on Thursday!

What kind of place is Ilmatsalu?

This is a nice little place where our Ilmatsalu youth center is also located. There, for a prize, you can find a unicorn that leaves you a bunch of clues about its whereabouts. It will be a proper hunt! To participate, you need a fully charged phone.

In addition, there will be movement games led by two volunteer girls, followed by an opportunity to learn about Finno-Ugric peoples. There will also be an opportunity to make Finno-Ugric patterns on socks (who wouldn't want free, custom-designed socks?!) and an introduction to Udmurt cuisine (i.e., cooking together – yum, free food!).

Departure and return will be from both Lille and Anne youth centers, after which participants will travel together by public transport from Tartu bus station. Please note that a bus card or money for the bus fare is required!

      5. On Friday, participate in soft weapon crafting and battling at the Ancient Times Centre or join the girls' night!

In the hall on the second floor of the Lille Youth Centre, you can learn to craft soft weapons, and even more fun, you can then battle your new or old friends with them!

More detailed information about the events can be found HERE!
