Traditionally, the youth work camp summer concluded with the 2023 Estonian Student Youth Work Camps gathering, held from August 14-16 at Toosikannu Holiday Center. Thanks to the "For Youth" project fund, the Tartu Youth Work Centre has built a mini-ramp for young extreme sports enthusiasts in front of the Ilmatsalu Youth Centre. Youth centers are moving to Car-Free Avenue for the summer

For the summer, Tartu youth centers are moving from indoors to Autovabaduse Puiestee, where activities ranging from crafts to training await children and young people for a month. On June 26, young people from the Tartu Youth Work Camp gathered in Kassitoome Valley to joyfully kick off the summer camp season. The Tartu Youth Work Centre received recognition from the Ministry of Defence as a "Supporter of National Defenders".

At the appreciation event dedicated to supporters of national defense held on June 19, the Tartu Youth Work Center received the “Supporter of National Defenders” recognition from the Ministry of Defense.   For the first time, the “Supporter of National Defenders” recognition was awarded to 50 Estonian companies and organizations, as a token of gratitude for maintaining the income of reservists during training and for other benefits offered to national defenders.
